New Patient Offers, Fees, and Insurance

Promotional pricing described on this site, including any new patient visit or first-session offers, applies to new patients, covers only the services described in the offer, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time, and offers do not apply where prohibited by law or by the terms of a health plan, and may not be available in connection with federal healthcare program benefits.

• Fees for services beyond a promotional offer are quoted before care begins.
• Insurance information on this site is general. Coverage, benefits, deductibles, and payment obligations depend on your individual plan, and we verify benefits before care begins where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to this website must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from professional healthcare services, which are governed by Colorado law.
