We send a link so you enter your information online before the appointment. The visit starts with a conversation instead of a waiting room form.

Who You Will See
This is a doctor-led practice. Dr. Nguyen does the consultation, reads your x-rays, and sets the plan personally.
From the Front Door to the Parking Lot
Five steps, about an hour, and you leave knowing what is wrong and what it takes to fix it.
Welcome
The front desk greets you and takes you back to the consultation room. No clipboard, because your forms are already in.
Consultation
Vitals, then the real conversation: where the pain is, when it started, what it feels like, what you have tried, and what imaging you have.
Exam & X-Rays
A thorough exam, plus digital x-rays of the problem area in-house when you have no recent imaging. Accident cases add CRMA analysis to prove the injury.
Findings & Plan
Dr. Nguyen explains what he found and what he recommends. For disc problems, treatment on the DRX9000 can begin the same day.
We will find the root cause of your health issue, offer you a treatment plan, normally around two months, and reassess you along the way. We do not keep you here forever.Dr. Hoa Nguyen, D.C.
A Plan With Checkpoints, and an End
What happens after visit one is built from your findings, and every stage has a decision point that belongs to you.
Reassessed Mid-Course
Improving as expected means you continue. Not improving means an MRI or a second opinion, not another block of visits.
The Plan Completes
Most plans run about two months. When it is done and you are better, you are done. Maintenance is offered, never assumed.
Maintenance Is Your Call
Some patients taper to a visit every couple of months, or once a year, because it keeps them at their best. That choice belongs to you.
